Mapping for change – D-NOSES

Odournet – Sensenet is proud to be part of the “Mapping for change – D-NOSES” workshop in Uganda, where 60 primary school students doing activities related to the sense of smell and odour pollution discovered new ways of identifying smells, what they are, and how they influence our daily lives.

We have provide the project odour pens to help the young generation identify and expand their knowledge on odours, smells and pollution.

This kids are so used to the pollution that they felt they had no smell at all… However, we did a

similarexercise in London and people were ‘horrified of the bad smell” – with the pens of  bad smell, of course. The truth is that they are a very good resource to arouse curiosity among participants.
