Odournet is een internationale groep milieuadviseurs gespecialiseerd
in geurhinder en luchtkwaliteit. Odournet neemt binnen dit specialisme
internationaal een vooraanstaande positie in. Met in totaal circa 35 medewerkers
is Odournet actief in Amsterdam, Gent (België), Bradford-on-Avon (UK), Rennes (Frankrijk),

De vestiging in Amsterdam, PRA Odournet bv, levert alle
mogelijke adviesdiensten en metingen op het gebied van industriële en agrarische geurhinder
en luchtkwaliteit en beschikt over een geaccrediteerd geurlaboratorium. De opdrachtgevers van PRA zijn bedrijven, overheden en collega-ingenieursbureaus.
Als consultant ga je ons adviesteam versterken. Je voert zelfstandig adviesprojecten uit ten behoeve van bijvoorbeeld milieuvergunningaanvragen, ruimtelijke ordening, geurhindersituaties, evaluatie van afgasreinigingstechnieken en beleid. Het opstellen van offertes, bedrijfsbezoeken, veldwerk (met name tijdens de inwerkperiode), modelberekeningen en rapportage maken hiervan deel uit. We werken in Nederland en in het buitenland.
Ervaren specialisten in ons vakgebied zijn zeldzaam, maar met een goed verstand kun je bij ons dat specialisme leren. Je hebt een HBO- of academische opleiding in een bèta-studie. We verwachten initiatief en eigen verantwoordelijkheid van je. Verder heb je uiteraard teamgeest, uitstekende communicatieve en schrijfvaardigheden, een gezonde dosis commercieel gevoel, flexibiliteit en een praktische instelling. Je vindt veldwerk leuk en hebt geen hoogtevrees. Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal en MS Office-applicaties zijn een vereiste. Ervaring met verspreidingsmodellen is een pré.

Sampling Technician (Environmental Sector)
Salary dependent on qualifications.
Sampling Technician required to assist in the collection of environmental samples, with
possible progression to the position of Sampling Coordinator and Technician for the right applicant.
This position will require over-night stays.
Full UK driving licence required.
Full training will be given.

Consultant / Junior consultant
Odournet UK Ltd is a specialist air quality & odour assessment consultancy who are recognised as international experts in this field.
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our established team of consultants based near Bath, Wiltshire. The successful
candidates will undertake a range of duties involving the measurement and monitoring of odour and airborne pollutants, assessment
of health and odour impact using dispersion modelling techniques, and provision of consultancy advice to public and private clients.
Both roles require candidates with excellent communication skills, an ability to learn, and a willingness to develop expertise in
this fast growing specialist area. Academically, the successful candidate will hold a minimum of an upper second class Bachelor
of Science degree and preferably a Masters in a technical discipline. Experience within the environmental consultancy/industrial
sector is desirable but not essential.
Both roles are offered on a fixed 1 year term initially, with the potential for extension
for the right candidate. Salary and rewards subject to experience.
