Senior / Principal Consultant - Odournet UK
Salary: £30k to £35k
Odournet UK Ltd is an established but ambitious specialist environmental odour consultancy which is recognised as the leader in their field, within the UK and international consultancy markets.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to assist in the management and development of our existing group of consultants.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong technical and communications skills, and project management experience within an environmental or engineering consultancy. We are particularly interested in candidates who can also offer experience and a technical specialism in odour and/or dispersion modelling.
Your role will involve the following:
- Working closely with the senior management to develop, inspire and strengthen our existing team and service lines.
- To play a lead role in developing new clients and opportunities as well as maintaining and developing existing clients through the course of project work.
- To provide specialist technical input to projects and proposals and to drive the continuous improvement of the quality our services.
- Ensuring that high quality project work is delivered to clients at all times.
The position is based in the Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire office, but will require travel within the UK and Europe.
Skills and qualifications
- Minimum MSc qualified in a technical discipline
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong Project Management, co-ordination and time management skills.
- Strong delegation skills and an ability to identify and deal with issues as they arise and before they become a problem.
- Ability to adapt, inspire and motivate.

Assistant Consultant - Odournet UK (circa £18,000)
Odournet UK Ltd is a specialist air quality & odour assessment consultancy recognised as international experts in this field.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Consultant. The role will primarily involve delivery of site odour sampling surveys; maintenance of technical equipment and provision of support to our established consultancy team. The role is provisionally offered on a 1 year fixed term, with the possibility of a permanent position at the end of the contract term.
Applicants should be self motivated, possess excellent communication skills, a willingness and ability to learn, be technically minded and hold a minimum of an upper second class Bachelor of Science degree. Previous experience within a technical / environmental environment is also desirable but not essential.
