A Sense of Change

On 25 June 2012 the IFST's Professional Food Sensory Group (PFSG) organizes this conference on Consumer & Sensory Science in Chipping Campden (UK)

The PFSG wants to inform about recently developed techniques and issues that may change the way of measuring subject response. There will also be the opportunity to participate in workshops in which PFSG will give you hands on approach to evaluate some of them.
