Molecular analysis is, just like sensory odour evaluation, one of the specialist analysis services offered by Odournet. Molecular analysis is used to characterise the chemical composition of air samples, and to measure the concentration of specific air borne pollutants. Our molecular analysis services have been specifically developed for use in assessing odour problems, but can also be applied for general air quality and health/odour impact studies.  All services are delivered in-house by highly experienced professionals, using state of the art analytical equipment.

Examples of the services offered are as follows:

• High resolution Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectroscopy (GC-MS)
• GC-Sniffing
• Speciaist analysis techniques (e.g. Siloxane analysis of landfill gas, Bioaerosols)
