Odournet Group

Odournet is an independent group of limited liability companies, owned and organised by Odournet Holding BV. The branch companies are managed by branch directors, with considerable autonomy, who are typically also the principal consultants in their area. All branch companies deliver the full scope of services of Odournet.

Centres of Competence have been created to focus on service delivery and knowledge management in certain key areas, such as Product and Material Testing, Instruments and R&D, Molecular Odour Measurement and International Projects.

Strategic management and business development is the main focus of the Board of Directors of Odournet Holding. An Advisory Board has been created in 2010 to provide a platform for discussion and communication between the collective of operational directors with a view to helping the Board of Odournet in defining strategy.

Portfolio's have been created to provide support to branch companies in corporate governance issues, including Human Resources, Finance & Risk, Marketing & Sales, Innovation and Quality Management.

Odournet Holding shares are held by private shareholders, who are typically directly professionally involved in the company.
